TidySheet does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your data. Your spreadsheet contents never leave Excel.
All cleanup operations run locally inside your Excel session using Microsoft's Office JavaScript API. TidySheet has no server: cell values are read and written within your workbook only and are never sent over the network.
When you activate a Pro license, the add-in sends only your license key to our payment provider (Gumroad, Inc.) to confirm it is valid. The validation result is stored locally on your device so the check does not need to repeat on every use. No spreadsheet data, personal data, or usage data is included in this request. Gumroad's own handling of your purchase information is described in the Gumroad privacy policy.
TidySheet contains no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, and no tracking cookies.
Payments are processed entirely by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record. We receive the order information Gumroad shares with sellers (name, email, order details) and use it solely to provide customer support.
Because the add-in stores nothing about you, there is nothing for us to delete or export. For purchase records held by Gumroad, you can exercise your rights (access, deletion) directly with Gumroad or by contacting us.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
