TidySheet is an add-in for Microsoft Excel that performs data-cleanup operations on spreadsheet content you select. The base tools are free of charge; additional "Pro" tools are unlocked with a paid license key.
A Pro license is a one-time purchase that permits one person to use the Pro tools on the devices they personally use. Licenses are sold through Gumroad, Inc., whose terms of sale apply to the purchase itself. Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase — contact us or reply to your Gumroad receipt.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys, or attempt to circumvent the license mechanism. You remain responsible for your own spreadsheet data, including keeping backups.
TidySheet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Data-cleanup operations modify cell contents at your instruction; review results and use Excel's undo (Ctrl+Z) or your saved copies if an operation does not do what you expected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the use of TidySheet is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
We may update the add-in and these terms; material changes will be published at this address with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
